Who this is for

Studios with customers who answer the same questions all day

Small and medium both. A two-person shop and a fifty-person agency fit the same program, and nothing about it changes between them — the difference shows up in how many customers you bring, not in what you are offered. If you already look after businesses whose staff answer the same questions all week, this is for you.

You maintain their site

You have the hosting, the DNS and the CMS login. Connecting a channel to Broa is work you already know how to do.

You know their business

You know what they sell and who asks about it. That knowledge is most of what a good setup needs, and it is the part we cannot supply.

You want recurring revenue

Not another fixed-price project that ends. A share of what each customer pays, for as long as they stay with you.

Who does what

You do the part that needs to know the customer

The split is deliberate. Everything that needs judgement about a particular business sits with you. Everything that needs an on-call engineer sits with us.

You set it up
Connect their catalogue, price list and order records. Write the rules about what Broa may answer on its own. Watch the first few weeks and tighten it.
Terazul runs it
The platform, the models, the channels, uptime, security and second-line support. You never carry a pager for our software — unless your customer has licensed it to run on their own infrastructure, in which case operating it is theirs or yours.
You choose who bills
Either your customer contracts with Terazul and we invoice them directly, or you contract with us and bill your customer yourself at whatever you decide to charge. The first keeps you out of invoicing entirely; the second gives you the margin and the relationship on paper. Pick per customer if you like.
You bill for your own work
Setup and ongoing tuning are yours to price however you already price work. We have no view on what you charge for your time.

Where it runs

On our infrastructure, or on theirs

Most customers will never think about this. Some cannot use a service whose data leaves their own estate, and for those there is a license rather than a subscription.

We host it

The default, and what everything above describes. Your customer signs up, we run the platform, and there is nothing to install or keep patched.

They host it

A software-only license for customers who run it on their own infrastructure, so nothing they process leaves it. Suited to businesses with data-residency rules or a policy against outside services holding their correspondence.

A license is a different arrangement, not a different price. Whoever runs the software is responsible for keeping it running and up to date, so a self-hosted customer needs someone — them or you — willing to own that. Talk to us before you propose it, and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

What you earn

A recurring share, not a finder's fee

A commission, if we bill
Where your customer contracts with Terazul, you earn a recurring share of what they pay, every month they stay with you.
Your own margin, if you bill
Where you contract with us, you buy at a partner rate and set your customer's price yourself. What you charge is your business, not ours.
Not one-time
We do not pay a referral fee and then take over the relationship. The relationship is the thing you are being paid for.
Broa for your own inbox
Free while you have at least one active customer. Run it on your own support mail — it is the best demonstration you will ever give.
The rate is in the agreement. We would rather talk about your customers first and quote a number that survives contact with them, than publish one here and revise it later.

What we do not ask of you

No minimum
One customer is a perfectly good reason to join.
No exclusivity
Sell whatever else you sell. We are not asking for the category.
No support rota
You take the first question because you know the setup. Anything platform-shaped comes to us.
No certification
There is no course to sit and no badge to buy.

Getting a customer live

You edit a working setup, not a blank one

Most of the effort in a new customer is not technical. It is deciding what Broa may answer without a person checking it first, and that is a conversation, not a configuration screen.

Start from a template

Starter configurations for the trades these customers are usually in, with the common questions and the usual rules already written.

Point it at their records

Their catalogue, price list, order history and the help pages you already built them. Broa answers from those, not from general knowledge.

Start cautious

New customers begin with a person approving every reply. You raise the autonomy as the answers earn it, and never before.

Straight answers

What the program deliberately does not give you

These are the constraints most likely to matter to you, stated before you apply rather than discovered afterwards.

You cannot read their mail by default
Setting up a customer's Broa does not give you their correspondence. They grant you access, they can see that you have it, and they can withdraw it at any time. This is a feature you can sell them, not an obstacle.
You cannot see anyone else's customers
Not other studios' customers, and not businesses that came to us directly. One business's conversations never inform another's.
It is still our brand on the console
Your customer signs in to Broa, whichever way the billing runs. Putting your own name and colors on the product is a further step we have specified but not yet built, so do not promise it to anyone on a date.
There is no directory yet
We do not currently send leads to partners or list you anywhere. If that changes we will say so rather than quietly start ranking people.

Questions

The ones people ask first

Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. You need to know what your customer sells and what they get asked. The configuration is written in plain language, not prompts.
Who tells their customers they are talking to a machine?
Your customer does, as the business sending the messages, and Broa can identify itself as automated in its replies. Where disclosure is legally required it is their obligation, so check what applies in their trade and country.
What happens if I stop working with a customer?
They keep their service, their configuration and their history. Your access ends. Nothing about their business is held hostage to the arrangement between us.
What if a customer outgrows me?
They can move to a direct relationship with us, and we will tell you when that happens rather than letting you find out from them.
Can I try it before I sell it?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Run it on your own support inbox first, free, before you put your name behind it with a customer.

Apply

Tell us who you look after

We read every application and reply with a real answer. If your customers are a poor fit for Broa we will say so rather than sign you up to find out.

We approve applications rather than opening signup. Not to be precious about it — a studio that sets up a customer badly damages that customer's relationship with their own buyers, and ours with them. A short conversation prevents most of that.

Apply to the program

Nothing here is required except an email address.

Thanks — your application is on its way. We will be in touch soon.
