About
Terazul LLC
We build Broa: an AI agent platform that answers customer service questions across every channel a business uses — as automatically as that business decides to let it.
Why we built it
Automation a business can actually put its name on
There is no shortage of software that will write a reply for you. There is very little that a business is willing to let answer a customer unsupervised, and the reason is always the same: it does not know anything. It does not know your lead times, your price at that quantity, or whether that order shipped. So it writes something plausible, and plausible is the problem.
Broa starts from the opposite end. An answer has to come from your data or it does not get written, and it has to survive validation before it goes anywhere. Get those right and autonomy stops being a leap of faith: you can hand over the questions you have watched it answer correctly a thousand times, and keep a person on the ones that matter. That is a dial, and it is yours.
That makes it slower to demo and considerably easier to adopt. A business will not hand its inbox to a system it cannot inspect, cannot roll back, and cannot audit after the fact. So we built the inspection, the rollback and the audit first, and treated them as the product rather than as features to add once someone asked.
How we build
Four commitments
The boundary is written down
What the platform does not do is documented as carefully as what it does, so you find the edges during evaluation rather than during rollout.
Decisions are recorded
Architectural choices are written down with their reasoning, including the ones we would make differently now. It keeps us honest and it keeps the system explainable.
Isolation before performance
When tenant isolation conflicts with speed or with cost, isolation wins. That ordering is fixed, and it is the reason some things are slower than they could be.
Autonomy is earned, not assumed
You choose how much runs without review, per intent. The automated approver obeys exactly the rules a reviewer does — so turning autonomy up never quietly lowers the bar.
